2.23 - Mythical UI and Shoutcast

Another alpha release.
The main focus of this release are changes in the MythTV UI. Thom Cherryhomes has been busy enhancing the UI screens for MythTV and the video sections. After an update, make sure to full regen each of your Orbiters to utilize these changes
- Play / Pause button for UI2 easily reachable
- EPG list instead of number pad for channel selection
- More functionality on the Mobile Orbiter as well.
We have inital shoutcast support out. This allows for shoutcast stations to be visible in the Audio section of LinuxMCE. Contact Sambuca on the forum for details.
Harald Klein has been busy with Z-Wave, and added some much needed functionality.
Enjoy, and PLEASE, test out MythTV. We have reports of people who have stability problem with the MythTV part of LinuxMCE at the moment. Please verify that it is LinuxMCE, and not your reception. The majority of people use MythTV part without stability problems.
